Guarantee of highest quality of treatment

In terms of acute medicine, Swiss Leading Hospitals provides the highest possible quality of treatment and private hospitals wishing to join the association must meet a series of clearly defined criteria to be accepted.  In order to protect the quality of treatment in the long term, SLH members must constantly undertake critical checks and relevant improvements. Each private hospital is therefore required to regularly repeat the (self)-assessment process undertaken at the time of acceptance, and to ensure that any required improvements resulting from this are also successfully implemented.
