Thanks to consistent quality management, the seal of quality of Swiss Leading Hospitals today represents a byword across Switzerland for the highest possible quality, individual patient care and a relaxed and caring environment. SLH gain a distinct advantage in terms of quality through the standards they have developed in house on the basis of EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management). Swiss Leading Hospitals have each defined a demanding catalogue of quality requirements. The certification with SLH labels requires fulfilment of these pre-defined quality standards, which are constantly reviewed and, where necessary, amended. Regular quality assessments are carried out.
