Repeat assessments for quality monitoring

Rehabilitation hospitals can also apply for membership of Swiss Leading Hospitals and must demonstrate the quality of their treatment by undertaking a comprehensive (self)-assessment, based on the nine  criteria of the EFQM Excellence Model®.  The candidate must also measure patient satisfaction using a system either approved by H+/Santésuisse or recommended by SLH.  SLH private rehabilitation hospitals must also undertake regular repeat assessments to both test and improve the quality of their treatment.
